Compact and energy-efficient solutions for reinventing responsible hydraulics
Drawing on our expertise in gear pumps and our capacity for innovation in fluid transfer systems, we offer compact micro-hydraulic solutions to meet the key challenges facing the hydraulics market, whether in terms of energy efficiency, noise reduction or reduction of CO2 emissions and energy consumption.
In order to reduce our carbon footprint and ensure the sustainability of our products, we have reoriented our capabilities towards areas where fluid transfer remains essential, but where it is not destined for combustion. This choice stems from our desire to adopt more responsible practices and optimize the efficiency of the technologies we develop. Indeed, as experts in the design of gear pumps for the domestic heating sector, we have acquired solid experience in precision, efficiency and reliability. These qualities are essential to meet the performance demands of increasingly diverse applications.
Building on this historical expertise, we decided to broaden our scope to other sectors where discretion, performance and adaptability are essential. After an in-depth analysis of the emerging needs of several industries, we chose to focus our efforts on areas where the search for compact, high-performance and energy-efficient solutions is paramount. In particular, we have directed our work towards applications where the ratio between power delivered and volume of fluid transmitted - sometimes referred to as the “weight/power ratio” - is a key success factor. The aim is to provide solutions capable of transferring fluid efficiently, while offering optimum performance. These fields can be grouped together under the umbrella term of “modern hydraulics”, which encompasses a multitude of applications, from the lifting industry to agriculture, boating and certain high-precision industries.
We have also taken into account the changing technologies and needs of these markets. In particular, the rise of electrification and the strong demand for energy efficiency have redefined technology selection criteria. Against this backdrop, we have noted the problems associated with so-called “conventional” hydraulics, which, although efficient, are often characterized by their bulky size and high energy consumption over the long term. Furthermore, although all-electric systems are an interesting area for development, we opted for intermediate, more robust solutions, offering superior longevity and increased energy efficiency, all in line with our historical know-how.
As a result, we now offer compact, modular and silent hydraulic solutions. These solutions offer many of the same advantages as our range of products for domestic heating, but are tailored to specific needs. For example, they find applications in fields such as micro-hydraulics and electric pumps for the marine industry. These products have been designed to meet stringent requirements in terms of performance and reliability, while being discreet enough not to disturb even the most sensitive environments.
Our new range of hydraulic pumps delivers just the right amount of power for every application, while maintaining high precision and quiet operation. The integrated pumps we offer ensure optimum efficiency, reducing energy consumption and fluid quantities, while offering solutions perfectly adapted to the requirements of each sector. In short, this approach enables us to combine technological innovation, respect for the environment and sustainable performance.
